As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring programs to ensure timely and effective responses. You will also provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving products and processes, manage multiple open cases, and provide timely updates to both internal and external customers.
