About The Position

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring programs to ensure timely and effective responses. You will also provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving products and processes, manage multiple open cases, and provide timely updates to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and monitor programs to ensure on-time, effective responses.
  • Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving product and processes.
  • Manage multiple open cases and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.
