Now is the time to bring your expertise to an Associate Technical Support Engineer Co-Op role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. As an Associate Technical Support Engineer Co-Op with Insight, you will provide first level product support and remediation of incidents in the client's environments. You will also support Engineers who handle daily operational management of client's hardware and software configurations, apply systems analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware, software, and system functional specifications, and maintain advanced software configurations while recommending new applications and equipment. Additionally, you will execute performance analysis of client environments and remediation tasks based on industry best practices, implement formal written summary and action plans along with root cause analysis reports for client's management, and formulate, provide, and maintain advanced documentation for various critical business computing technologies. You will also perform all other duties as assigned and provide Level 2 and 3 break/fix support for various clients.
