Responsible for working with the Design, PD, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for creating and passing product specs for all stages of development - concept through production.

Requirements

strong communication and email skills
detailed note taking & organizational skills
construction knowledge preferred
flexibility to work in-office, as needed, based on development calendar
minimum 2-4 years experience
college degree in fashion design or a related field
illustrator and photoshop experience required

Nice To Haves

Substance 3D experience a plus
Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product Design AI experience a plus
Microsoft Excel experience a plus

Responsibilities

Proto rounds - work collaboratively with the designer to ensure that all specs created reflect the intentions of that designer.
Ensure accuracy of all information captured in specs by self-checking sketches & dimensions.
Final Bulk Pass Off - Assist Tech Designer & Sr Tech Designer in executing final product spec updates and corrections for that season, ensuring that any and all changes to the product after market are approved by the design team.
Assist in making sure that product specs are consistent across all factories and all seasons.
Assist in the review and correction of post-market samples.
Assist in the creation & maintenance of digital Design detail & standards libraries
Assist in research of product functionality trends across market
Assist in CAD & artwork creation in Illustrator & Photoshop, as needed
