We are looking for an Associate Technical Architect to join our ITS Order to Cash Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on mission‑critical enterprise ERP platforms supporting global Order‑to‑Cash capabilities. The team partners closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Engineering, and plays a key role in advancing our long‑term ERP strategy. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years of hands‑on Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) experience, with a focus on Financials and Order‑to‑Cash modules Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. It would be great if you also had… Experience supporting global ERP environments and large‑scale transformation initiatives. Exposure to compliance and modernization efforts, including e‑Invoicing. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and modern ERP delivery methodologies. Demonstrated experience architecting, implementing, customizing, and integrating Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Cash Applications, Inventory, Service Contracts, and Reporting. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions. Experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale ERP architectures with multiple upstream and downstream integrations. Prior experience mentoring technical team members. What will you be doing in this role? Architect, design, and deliver Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) solutions supporting the full Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle. Provide technical leadership across ERP initiatives, partnering with business and cross‑functional teams. Analyze complex business and system requirements and develop architecture and integration designs. Ensure end‑to‑end solution integrity across integrated platforms, including CRM, tax engines, and financial consolidation tools. Drive continuous improvement to enhance ERP scalability, stability, and overall platform quality. Support compliance and modernization initiatives, including global e‑Invoicing integrations. Provide technical mentorship and contribute to architecture governance and long‑term ERP roadmap planning. About the Team You’ll join the ITS Order to Cash product team, supporting mission-critical ERP capabilities across order management, billing, accounts receivable, and customer operations. The team works in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment alongside Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Program Management. This role offers strong executive visibility and the opportunity to directly influence core global business processes and ERP strategy. Hours of Work Full‑time, permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to collaborate across global teams as needed. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days/week onsite.
