The Associate Technical Analyst is responsible for providing basic support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. The incumbent will participate in collaboration across technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will work with senior team members to assist with configuration, set up, and updating of the applications, ensuring that data is entered into established tables, fields, and system databases with a high level of accuracy. They will work under the direction of their manager or more experienced team members to develop basic queries and reports utilizing query and flexible reporting tools. They will help draft suggestions to management concerning changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards to optimize performance and mitigate potential risk. They will help with setting up user access and will attend meetings with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide necessary support for the enterprise-wide applications. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
