As an Associate on our Talent Practices team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the programs and processes that drive performance, growth, and advancement for employees across the company. You’ll collaborate with leaders and colleagues who are passionate about helping people build extraordinary careers and are committed to continuously improving how we support and develop our talent. This role is all about making sure our talent processes run smoothly and feel meaningful for our people. Responsibilities

  • Drive Projects Forward: Manage multiple workstreams at once - keeping timelines updated, tracking progress, and anticipating what’s next. You’ll make sure project plans are current and deadlines are met so our talent practices land seamlessly across the firm.
  • Create Clear Communications: Write messages that connect with different audiences - from senior leaders to employees firmwide. You’ll also design guides, toolkits, and other resources that make complex information easy to understand and visually appealing. Strong writing and slide design skills will help you turn ideas into materials people actually want to use.
  • Partner and Collaborate: Be the go-to partner for junior HR Business Partners, helping them succeed as they bring our practices to life. You’ll also work closely with teams like HR Technology, Communications, and Reporting to share updates, solve problems, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Own the Details: Pull and organize reports and data, manage logistics, and handle day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Your attention to detail will ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Improve and Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and feedback to help us evolve and elevate our talent practices. We’re always looking for better ways to work, and your perspective will make a real impact.
