About The Position

As a key member of the corporate Talent Management team, the Associate Talent Partner serves as a trusted consultant and partner to the supervisor, managers and directors in their assigned region(s). This role supports organizational talent strategies that promote a culture of continuous feedback, high-performance, contribute to high levels of employee engagement, encourage development and align with organizational goals. The Associate Talent Partner is also responsible for supporting for all company-wide talent management programs and processes, which includes talent development, performance management, organizational development and employee engagement. This role will also work closely with colleagues in Human Resources, Learning & Development and Recruiting to support the ever-evolving people-related organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management and talent management initiatives
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Proven experience in flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work well independently and own the execution of assigned projects
  • Positive work attitude
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday HRIS, highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Builds trusting and consultative relationships with supervisors, managers and directors as well as other key stakeholders in assigned regions
  • Supports and helps to develop regional talent plans and strategies and manages the execution and deployment of plans
  • Counsels assigned leaders on talent strategies appropriate to support the region/market/team’s business goals
  • Partners with Talent Partner on overall regional talent goals of succession planning, assessments, development, job/career progression, performance management and employee engagement
  • Acts as a mentor to employees and assigned leaders on their personal and professional development
  • Works proactively and collaboratively to resolve issues with a “servant leadership” mind-set
  • Tracks and report Talent Management KPIs
  • Acts as a subject matter expert of HCM System, Workday, to input and track data for Talent Management related tasks and initiatives
  • Coordinates with entire Talent Management Team on best practices and strategies
  • Manages administration of internal changes such as talent moves, organizational changes and contract management
  • Assists with other duties or People & Culture projects, programs and initiatives as assigned
