About The Position

Assist and support talent acquisition functions, operations, and activities. Engage in end-to-end recruiting processes and special projects to support staff in order to drive better talent acquisition programs and execution. Utilize various applicant selection tools, collect data, and coordinate efforts with all areas of the Bureau/Department to ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures. Document correspondences, emails, and communications to inform and facilitate talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher OR
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate AND
  • Four (4) years of staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or directly related experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience screening candidate resumes and supporting pre-employment screening processes.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working within a government human resources department with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
