Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Government Training Engineering team in support of Mobility, Surveillance, & Bombers programs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role will focus on the test and verification activities for ground and training systems in support of E-3 AWACS, E-7 Wedgetail, B-52 Bomber, and KC-46 Tanker programs.   • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify system and subsystem requirements.
  • Works with team leads to develop system test plans and create requirement verification links to test procedures in DOORS and CAMEO.
  • Assists with development, testing, and updating of test procedures to support software, system, and acceptance testing.
  • Supports execution of Qualification Tests with and without external customer participation.
  • Creates and submits work orders and gathers evidence of compliance for requirement verification.
  • Works with multi-disciplinary team to track progress of system development and availability to support test activities.
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
  • Experience with military aircraft and subsystems.
  • Experience with software development and/or troubleshooting software.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, GIT and other work management software.
