Under general direction, the Associate System Analyst is responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, cross functional IS teams and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the software systems. Provides solutions or resolves end-user system issues. Other duties as assigned.
