This position is responsible for delivering timely technical support to employees and end users, efficiently diagnosing and resolving system issues, and supporting the overall effectiveness of the IT Help Desk. The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, clear and professional communication, and a customer‑service‑focused approach to support a high‑acuity healthcare environment. Additionally, the Associate Systems Administrator is accountable for actively monitoring, prioritizing, and managing their assigned ticket queue to ensure issues are resolved within established service levels.
