About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX . Position Responsibilities: Create acquisition request and release purchase request Manage and execute KC46 Tanker order management processes, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to track and expedite deliveries. Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify risks or delays impacting delivery schedules. Utilize supply chain management tools and systems to maintain accurate order status and inventory data. Collaborate with program management, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues. Prepare and present supply chain status reports and presentations to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects or cross organizational programs
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis and/or reporting
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GOLDEsp (Government Online Data)
  • Familiarity with SMPP (SCARS) – Supplier Management and Performance Process
  • Knowledge of NWP (Network Procurement)
  • Understanding of ARES (Accelerated Receiving Execution System)
  • Experience with BPP (Boeing Parts Page)
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint for effective data visualization and presentations
