About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Level 1 & Level 2 Supply Chain Specialists.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

Nice To Haves

• 2 + years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles
• Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or 4+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience and/or proficiency with Oracle or SQL
• Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system

Responsibilities

• Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements
• Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
• Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.
• Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Assists in performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

• Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Summary pay range (Associate Level 1): $61,200.00 - $82,800.00
• Summary pay range (Associate Level 2): $73,950.00 - $100,050.00
