About The Position

For this Associate Supply Chain Planner role, we need a resourceful Planner who can be a part of our Nutritional Spaulding Planning Team, supporting the Production Scheduling work. The Global Supply Chain Planning team works collaboratively to schedule and distribute product globally, with our manufacturing facilities, and global supply chain teams. This role will be a part of the Nutritional Spaulding Planning team, which is responsible for collaborating and setting a feasible production schedule to deliver products to our customers. This team thrives on delivering products on time, delivering cost savings, managing overall inventory levels, and focusing on minimizing production inefficiencies. This role will provide an opportunity for you to gain exposure across our supply chain operations and allow you to develop depth and breadth in Supply Chain knowledge.

Requirements

• 1 year(s) of experience in a supply chain role that has demonstrated your ability to offer business solutions.
• Understanding of supply chain business processes (Inventory, demand, forecasting, capacity planning, procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
• BS degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related function.

Nice To Haves

• 1 or more years of experience in a supply chain role.
• Proficiency with supply chain technologies (OMP, JDA and JDE preferred), Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal cross functional business partners to set weekly schedules to meet customer demands.
• Gain efficiencies, make trade off decisions, and balance constraints to deliver a feasible schedule.
• Work on projects with a focus on new product launches, process optimization, improved service level, and reduced inventory.
• Provide insights that design our supply chains and effectively plan for product availability.
