Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process returns of expired products for U.S. and Canadian customers, ensuring all returned goods are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage damage claims from customers, ensuring each claim is thoroughly investigated and resolved promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to returns or damage, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with the third-party return processor to address return-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure that all returns and damages processes are J-SOX compliant and adhere to established procedures.
