About The Position
The Distribution Support Services (DSS) Associate role at Lilly is pivotal in connecting Supply Planning with Warehouse Operations. This position is responsible for managing the administrative processes necessary for the timely and accurate shipping of Clinical Trial (CT) finished materials to various domestic and international sites. The DSS Associate will ensure high levels of customer service and effective order management while collaborating with internal and external partners to meet business needs.
