About The Position

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) Material Management Operations (MMO) team located in Berkeley, MO. This role involves applying change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions, ensuring coordination in the supply chain, and working with various departments including customer support, purchasing, engineering, and quality assurance. The analyst will utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and mining, incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) into production plans, verify BOM implementations, release and maintain orders, document order delinquencies, report schedule adherence issues, and analyze excess and obsolete inventories. The position requires coordination and support for process improvements and operates under general supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Inventory Management
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements for Inventory management
  • Experience with Government Online Data Systems (GOLD)

Responsibilities

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers
  • Uses Microsoft Excel functionality for organizing data and data mining
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
  • Coordinates part number attributes
  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
  • Releases and maintains orders
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies
  • Reports schedule adherence issues
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
  • Creates schedules for products and services
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements
  • Works under general supervision
