We are seeking an experienced Associate Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is on-site in St. Louis, MO. Requirements

High School Diploma or higher degree
US Citizenship
Ability to secure a DOD security clearance, must not have been unfavorably removed from a government position.

Responsibilities

Manage various phases of onsite projects
Provide support, technical assistance, and training to assigned staff.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Successfully manage relationships with government management.
Monitor program performance to customer requirements and expectations.
Issue regular weekly reports on program performance to Program Manager.
Resolve issues in a timely manner via escalation process and coordination of internal resources.
Conduct regular meetings with teams to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved.
Knowledge of mortgage documents (HUD-1 Statements, Appraisals) and processes within assigned departments
Sit in meetings with departments as needed for new processes and procedures conducted within assigned departments
Ensure team provides timely and accurate responses including status of procedural issues
Conduct quality and control to ensure all required information is properly in appropriate database in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with conducting new hire orientation as well as submit all new hire paperwork to corporate office in coordination with the SME Administer disciplinary issues and submit to SME/Corporate
Follow up with performance of team with SME/government management
