About The Position

The Students & Grads Programs team builds Capital One's pipeline of top junior talent by delivering a program that communicates our innovation and impact while developing outstanding associates at the start of their careers. We are looking for an exceptional teammate to join our Analyst Programs team. This role serves as a critical connection point for our early career college students and the broader Students & Grads program teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing early career talent and proven experience handling projects and processes in a well-managed way. We're looking for a team player who is solution-oriented and has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, client management, or project management.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting a large-scale program or event.
  • Proven ability to manage communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for talent development and the early career space.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of core program activities throughout the internship, including onboarding, mid-summer events, and offboarding.
  • Partner with the central Program Operations team by submitting intake requests for event needs.
  • Support the team's communication strategy by drafting and sending communications to interns and managing key communication channels like Slack.
  • Help cultivate a community and encourage socialization among interns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for intern issues, ensuring all concerns are handled with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate within your team and across the broader Students & Grads organization to ensure a cohesive experience for all interns.
  • Help execute on training materials, program resources, and other core activities.
  • Support the team's data strategy by sending out surveys and helping to collect and organize intern feedback.
