About The Position

The Associate, Structuring & Execution, U.S. Corporate Banking will contribute to the overall success of the U.S. Corporate Banking Department ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. The team is focused on building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at large companies and providing these clients with a full suite of investment banking services, including advising on mergers & acquisitions and equity & debt capital market transactions.
