About The Position

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in learning and mastering new software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support overall strategy development and ad hoc strategic projects for the PHC program strategy team.
  • Build and execute approaches to measure the performance of existing strategies more effectively.
  • Support measurement, learning, and evaluation related to project planning and management.
  • Lead ad hoc special initiatives across the PHC team.
  • Analyze data to develop strategic recommendations for the team and the foundation.
  • Problem-solve with programmatic staff on strategic and operational challenges.
  • Drive process management across workstreams.
  • Support an inclusive culture through modeling behaviors and actions.
