Requirements

As a firm, we seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and are proven self-starters.
In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, interests outside of work and a desire to work in a team environment.
A strong background in finance, accounting, and alternative investment strategies is required.
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA degree and 2+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
