About The Position
The Associate Store Manager at J.Crew Factory is a pivotal member of the leadership team, responsible for driving a profitable business while fostering genuine connections with customers to enhance loyalty and community engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide real-time feedback and coaching to team members, ensuring that each person can perform at their highest potential. The Associate Manager will own a key area of the business but must also be flexible enough to step into various roles as needed to maintain smooth operations. This includes starting each shift with a high-energy attitude that motivates the team and ensures they are on track to meet and exceed their goals. In this position, the Associate Manager will ensure that Stylists are authentically connecting with customers and will stay informed about social trends to keep the team engaged. Training and shadowing will be a priority, and the Associate Manager will utilize existing tools and resources to enhance team performance. Creativity is essential, as the Associate Manager will be expected to devise innovative ways to engage the community and build brand loyalty through events. The role also involves prioritizing tasks effectively, driving initiatives to completion, and stepping into the Store Director role when necessary, all while aligning actions with the company's core values.
