This full-time role gives you hands‑on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way. Your impact in store Lead day‑to‑day store operations and customer service Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation Maintain high levels of safety and food safety Help drive store performance and implement promotions Step up in the absence of the Store Manager Your experience and mindset Retail or hospitality experience A passion for leading and supporting teams Strong communication and a proactive mindset The desire to take the next step into leadership Your growth and development $29.51/hour + 12% super + penalties Paid training including Food Safety Certificate Career pathways to Store Leader and Support Office roles Access to wellbeing resources Free coffee, Slurpees and exclusive product previews As part of the overall process, you’ll complete an online assessment designed to support your growth from day one, along with standard pre-employment checks.
