Working under the oversight of a State Manager, this role assists in implementing processes related to financial planning, rate reviews, market development, and communication. The Associate State Manager contributes to strategic alignment by providing analytical insights, preparing planning documents, and coordinating initiatives that support pricing, underwriting appetite, product structure, and distribution strategies. This position plays a key role in supporting operating plans that achieve P&L objectives, including combined ratio, revenue growth, regulatory management, and legal compliance. The Associate State Manager ensures execution through detailed analysis, project coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that help maintain state strategies as relevant, competitive, and profitable.
