Wen School of Population and Public Health at UC Irvine is seeking an occupational medicine physician with strong clinical interests. This role involves joining the faculty as a contract staff physician, primarily providing clinical care services at the COEH Irvine Occupational and Environmental Medicine Clinic. There is also an opportunity to participate in the training of residents in the UCI OEM Residency Program, if interested. The position will include a Voluntary HS Clinical Faculty Appointment. The UCI OEM Residency Program, established in 1976, is a core program of the NIOSH-funded Southern California Education and Research Center, offering extensive training opportunities across Southern California. This position requires a balance between clinical practice in occupational and environmental medicine and is offered for 20-60% time, paid hourly on an as-needed basis. The department is also looking for a physician to provide back-up support when the primary physician is unavailable.
