The role involves a busy, in-demand caseload handling matters at every stage, requiring strong advocacy and case management skills. We have an exciting opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Attorney admitted and residing in California. This role is primarily remote except for required appearances. You will be handling a caseload of workers’ compensation matters, conduct depositions, and represent Liberty Mutual and its policyholders at WC hearings. You will also interact with Liberty Mutual’s Workers’ Compensation claims organization.
