RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems and processes related to o9 planning systems. This position will work primarily on supporting business process, integrations and systems as it relates to o9 tools and technologies. In addition, the incumbent would be assisting with support, maintenance, configuration and upgrades as it relates to those technologies. Finally, we are looking for an individual with a desire to focus on understanding business processes related to supply chain planning. The person in this position: Configures and develops solutions within o9 applications as assigned by more experienced team members. This is inclusive of creating technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e. Integrations Team, Reporting Team). Tests and verifies completed configuration and development meet specifications. Works with other development analysts through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment. Troubleshooting issues with existing processes and programs and working with business to resolve, test and migrate fixes to Production environment. Off hours and on-call support required.
