About The Position
We are looking for our first Strategic Finance hire to help drive Nimble's next phase of growth. This role will report directly into the CFO and work closely with the CEO and business leadership to analyze the impact of proposed business decisions, including actual performance, on Nimble's financial health. This individual will own Nimble's corporate model (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast), lead scenario planning with the CFO and CEO to manage capital investments and business growth, establish and manage budgeting processes with each operational leader, and partner/lead the development of key systems to drive real-time insights into financial drivers and KPIs. This is a high-impact position that spans traditional financial planning & analysis, operational business partnership, and systems development/implementation.
