About The Position

The Associate Specialist in the Early Talent Pipeline - Recruiting team at AbbVie plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and early career strategy for university talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in staffing coordination, programming, campus recruitment, or HR environment preferred.
  • Experience using HR, recruiting, and event systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiter, Yello, Handshake preferred.
  • Proven communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience managing projects with little direction preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with AI technologies and data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support ETP Recruiters with campus recruitment, job postings, event planning and execution, and management of event tool software.
  • Manage the ETP Recruitment Team's reporting and oversee updates to communication templates and recruitment documents.
  • Support preparation for campus recruiting season by managing requisition creation, movement, offer process, and administrative tracking within HRIS and ATS.
  • Execute innovative yearly ETP special project strategies to engage and attract top talent.
  • Oversee execution of ETP marketing strategy, including brand materials and website updates.
  • Support ETP Recruitment Manager with candidate referral management.
  • Assist with planning and execution of the Intern Program's functional orientation and events.
  • Oversee the team's budget and manage expenses for financial efficiency.
  • Project manage the Externship Program, ensuring successful execution.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications during peak recruitment season.
  • Support other Early Talent Pipeline efforts as needed.
