Summary: In this role, you will support Sourcing Executives and team members in developing customized client contracts that reduce spend, improve operational efficiency, and maximize delivered value across healthcare organizations. You will assist with contract development activities, cost savings initiatives, stakeholder communications, and administrative support that strengthens client relationships and contributes to higher levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to adapt to AI-enabled tools and evolving systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in sourcing, contracting, supply chain, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of customized client contracts aligned with cost savings and value objectives.
  • Assist with negotiating contract terms and conditions under guidance of Sourcing Executives.
  • Prepare and support requests for proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate contract development activities, including reviewing and routing agreements.
  • Support assigned cost savings initiatives and sourcing projects.
  • Assist with monitoring contract terms and conditions to support compliance requirements.
  • Support vendor relationship activities, including organizing in-services, scheduling trials, and resolving product-related issues.
  • Assist with identifying cost savings opportunities and process improvements.
  • Develop and format communications and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support that reinforces client relationship development.
