About The Position

Flatiron is seeking an Associate Solutions Manager to help reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. The mission is to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. This role is instrumental in designing and delivering fit-for-use real-world data (RWD) solutions that serve customer needs and developing resources to ensure internal and external partners derive maximum value from it. Sitting within the Client Solutions organization, the Associate Solutions Manager will work with cross-functional teams to empower both internal teams and pharma clients to derive value from real-world data (RWD) with speed and confidence.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a cross-functional setting in healthcare consulting, customer success, operational excellence, instructional design, or strategic operations.
  • You have a knack for "translating" complex concepts for cross-functional audiences, and excel at turning technical jargon into clear, narrative-driven guidance.
  • You possess superb project management skills and are comfortable managing a high volume of tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • You are a strategic thinker who recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems and improve the user experience.
  • You are comfortable working with or learning platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, Okta, and automation or AI tools.

Nice To Haves

  • You know basic SQL or have an interest to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 4-6 projects in parallel, while advocating for and prioritizing requests across teams based on comprehensive judgment of trade-offs. This may involve solution design to best meet customer needs, strategic development to achieve internal goals, or execution of a predetermined plan for external or internal parties.
  • Serve as the primary link between technical teams (engineering, product, data sciences, research oncology) and end-users to develop supporting documentation and / or drive solutions for clients.
  • Take complex clinical and scientific information and turn them into user-friendly, clear, and actionable guides for varied audiences.
  • Act as a central coordinator for internal review processes, ensuring technical experts sign off on decisions and drafted materials.
  • Optimize or create new processes to automate repeatable activities and reduce manual work.
  • Act as the voice of the end-user across internal functional groups to identify friction points and knowledge gaps.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of educational hubs or documentation platforms, ensuring the right people have access to the right information.
