Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS or IT related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software development using Python
  • 1+ years of experience with Unix/Linux environments
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL, relational database concepts, and data ETL processes

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise data archival initiatives by combining hands‑on software development with customer‑facing subject matter expertise
  • Partner with application and business teams as a Data Lead to guide data extraction, transformation, and archival into approved enterprise solutions
  • Design, enhance, and maintain utilities and tooling streamline the archival process and mitigate operational risk
  • Help ensure complete, accurate, and compliant data extraction while maintaining accessibility and adherence to enterprise and legal standards
  • Engage with internal teams to understand requirements, provide guidance, and deliver timely, high‑quality support throughout the archival lifecycle
  • Apply software engineering best practices to deliver reliable, high‑quality technical solutions
  • Foster strong relationships and contribute to team culture by demonstrating curiosity, collaboration, and servant‑leadership–oriented behaviors
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
