Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in CS or IT related field
2+ years of experience in software development using Python
1+ years of experience with Unix/Linux environments
1+ years of experience with SQL, relational database concepts, and data ETL processes

Responsibilities

Support enterprise data archival initiatives by combining hands‑on software development with customer‑facing subject matter expertise
Partner with application and business teams as a Data Lead to guide data extraction, transformation, and archival into approved enterprise solutions
Design, enhance, and maintain utilities and tooling streamline the archival process and mitigate operational risk
Help ensure complete, accurate, and compliant data extraction while maintaining accessibility and adherence to enterprise and legal standards
Engage with internal teams to understand requirements, provide guidance, and deliver timely, high‑quality support throughout the archival lifecycle
Apply software engineering best practices to deliver reliable, high‑quality technical solutions
Foster strong relationships and contribute to team culture by demonstrating curiosity, collaboration, and servant‑leadership–oriented behaviors
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
