About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Software Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals. Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable RPA(Robotic Process Automation) BOTs with a focus on modularity and reliability. Integrate continuous feedback for iterative improvement and ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct code reviews and solution validation to uphold quality and performance standards. Optimize UiPath processes for throughput and efficiency, maintain documentation, and build reusable components to accelerate delivery. Define development standards, enforce architectural and governance frameworks, and lead deployment readiness assessments. Collaborate with business, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure observability and operational transparency. Engineer reusable assets for citizen developers and support federated automation. Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities, leveraging UiPath and third-party tools to drive business value. Optimize digital worker usage and infrastructure for cost-effective scaling, while championing innovation and continuous improvement in automation practices. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field of study
  • Requires three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a RPA Developer, or a closely related occupation
  • Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: UiPath, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath CyberArk, and UiPath Document Understanding Bitbucket Unix Jenkins Jira using large language model for Prompting Engineering CyberArk migration on perm automation cloud
