About The Position

Capgemini is seeking fulltime SRE / DevOps Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of enterprise applications and platforms. The role focuses on automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production stability while partnering closely with development teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SRE and DevOps practices CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Linux, scripting (Shell/Python)

Nice To Haves

• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
• DevSecOps and security best practices
• Incident response, post‑mortems, and SLO/SLI management
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Large‑scale enterprise environment exposure

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance using SRE principles Automate infrastructure and operational tasks to reduce manual toil Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices
• Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to improve resilience
