Our internal Development team is dedicated to providing innovative technical solutions across multiple business domains. We specialize in building and maintaining cloud-hosted web applications that support both internal and external stakeholders, improving operational efficiency and content delivery. Our mission is to empower internal teams and create tangible value for our customers within the Homebuilding industry.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in software development or relevant internship experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively with team members to share progress, challenges, and solutions
Enthusiastic to learn about emerging technologies
Proficient in one of the object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g. react).
Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery) and methods (e.g., ajax)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with caching technologies (e.g., Redis)
Interest in developing software applications as web services interacting with SQL Server or other SQL/NoSQL databases
Interest in developing and maintaining restful APIs
Basic understanding of Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Development team to develop and implement solutions for our multifaceted cloud applications (desktop/mobile web + native devices)
Assist in design, development, and testing of web applications under the guidance of the Principal Software Engineer
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and principles
Contribute to improvements of existing systems with innovative ideas.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues ensuring smooth operations
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager.
Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.
Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
