This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington. Your Mission: Build meaningful software that ships — and make it smarter with AI. You’ll take well-defined stories and turn them into real features by the end of each sprint. But more than just “delivering tickets,” you’ll be thinking about how technology (especially AI) can improve how the product works and how we build it. Deliver Value: Develop software features for relatively structured/defined projects, leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance functionality and effectiveness. Collaborate with more senior engineers during AgileDev engagements to integrate AI-driven solutions, and proactively address defects and enhancement requests. Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, communicating progress, following best practices, and identifying blockers. Build Foundation: Demonstrate competency at one of the following: building attractive user interfaces, building data driven REST APIs, administering databases/cloud/servers. Maintain Standards: Adhere to client coding standards and other applicable standards agreed upon with the client for development process and collaboration. A Day in the Life: You might: build a new screen, component, or user flow design or extend an API research a better approach before writing code troubleshoot an issue that’s blocking delivery demo progress to your team or a client look for ways AI could improve the solution (or your workflow) How a Current Praxenter Describes The Role: “Most days I’m building features for a project sometimes front end, sometimes back end. It’s a mix of writing code, reading docs, researching solutions, and troubleshooting. I meet with my team to stay aligned and with clients to show progress and clarify requirements.”

Requirements

Technical Proficiency: demonstrable experience with at least one of the following: building attractive user interfaces, building data driven REST APIs, administering databases/cloud/servers.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications, contributing across both frontend (UI) and backend (APIs/services) using modern frameworks and development best practices.
Practical Experience: 1-2 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects, including ongoing adherence to best practices.
Relevant Education: may include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a equivalent experience
