About The Position

The Associate Software Test Engineer is a position for individuals that are recently graduated and are looking for an opportunity to enter an Engineering position. The Associate Software Test Engineer is a valued member of the test team and helps with various aspects of software testing both embedded, software applications, and server products. As time progresses this individual will develop skills necessary to provide more detailed participation in daily activities of the test organization.

Requirements

BS/BA in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or 4-year technical degree in related field.
Detail oriented and able to follow instructions.
Basic oral and written communication skills.
Basic use of MS Office software.
Basic use of MS Excel.
Able to read and understand C# as a development language.
Basic understanding of SQL and Queries.
Unquestionable Integrity

Nice To Haves

Awareness of 21 CFR Part 820, or ISO13485 a plus.

Responsibilities

Able to capture and preserve test observations with minimal guidance.
Perform standard computations and analysis on data.

Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Able to configure, building, and maintain department test equipment with minimal guidance.
Debug and trace through software.
Develop an understanding of code management practices.
Participate in code reviews with minimal guidance.
Develop core software development skills.
Problem solving skills and a curiosity to discover solutions.
