We are seeking a passionate Associate Software Engineer to join our Technology Integrations team to help build the next generation of Technology Platforms and integrations for Marriott International. The candidate will work with our Senior Software Engineers to design and build innovative solutions in support of our new growth projects and integrations. The candidate should be able to collaborate extensively with other Engineers, writing and debugging code, troubleshooting software issues, and providing on-call support as needed. The Associate Software Engineer will work across multiple products and engineering teams to deliver incremental value against the Technology roadmap. This role involves performing research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of applications to meet current and future user requirements. The candidate will also help develop proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate cutting-edge technology that drives and meets Marriott's business and technology objectives. Effective communication is essential, as the candidate must be able to communicate upward to superiors and laterally to other departments.
