The Hartford's Tech, Data, Analytics and Cyber organization is seeking recent college graduates to build their Software Engineering career in Hartford, Connecticut or Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, associates will grow in the Software Engineering track, providing development support for The Hartford's critical applications and assets. The Tech Catalyst program provides a period of instruction to develop critical functional skills directly related to your role. You will build skills needed to participate in the entire software development lifecycle in support of information technology projects, using emerging technologies and common practices. This role is a hybrid position located in Hartford, CT and Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future.
