The New York Times is looking for an Associate Software Engineer with full stack capabilities to join a large-scale project within the Care group. We are looking for a creative, curious, and collaborative Associate Software Engineer to join the Subscriber Hub (Subhub) team within the Growth Mission. The team comprises software engineers, operations professionals, a designer, and a product lead. You will work with the team to develop features used by Customer Care agents to provide support for NYT end-user accounts. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, Subscriber Hub.
