This role will support contracts with the U.S. Federal Government, requiring all personnel to be U.S. citizens. As a Software Engineer (Applications), you will analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software improvements and new products for federal customer applications. You will work with current programming languages and technologies, writing code, performing testing and debugging, and completing documentation for installation and maintenance. You will also interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 2+ years of software development experience with Object Oriented design and Java development experience.
  • 2 years of experience with UML, Web application development or SaaS.
  • 4-year degree in a computer-related field or related.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience designing/developing business applications, knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management.
  • Experience working with U.S. Federal requirements including Title V, Office of Personnel Management, and GPPA.
  • Metadata-driven definitional development experience.
  • Experience with XML and Integration technologies.
