Requirements

• A 4-year degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or communications.
• Strong passion for social media platforms including Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
• Excellent research, writing, and content ideation skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy, particularly social marketing.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong analytical reasoning.
• Experience with quarterly social content planning and tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online conversations to amplify brand visibility and inspire creative ideas for social media.
• Lead quarterly social content planning and brief development.
