What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a diligent, dedicated Social Media Ops Specialist to join our team reporting to the Associate Director of Social Media Capabilities & Ops. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has a passion for digital execution. You’ll be the central connector between social strategists, brand teams, the in-house agency, and media partners—ensuring social media content is delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand strategy, regulatory standards and platform procedures.
