As an Associate Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager you'll be part of our NA Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovative and dynamic social media content across our iconic brand portfolio in North America. You'll also get to proactively identify opportunities for the brand to engage with brand fans, other brands, trending cultural moments and viral content using social listening tools (Sprinklr) and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.). Develop, in partnership with our Global Creative Studio and Social Team, on-brand, engaging ways to bring the brand into relevant conversations across the digital and social landscape. Track and report on the performance/success of outbound engagements to demonstrate and quantify positive impact on business goals. Develop, optimize, and share processes, standards, key learnings, and best practices for outbound social community management in partnership with the Social Media and Influencer Team. Bring our brand personality to life in ways that are relatable to the toughest tradespeople and pros, to consistently reinforce our brand position, values, and messaging in memorable ways.
