Job Overview: The Senior Social Community Management & Reporting Manager will lead community engagement, management, and reporting initiatives across all social platforms. This role will oversee all aspects of social media engagement and performance, setting the standard for best-in-class community interactions and leveraging analytics to inform actionable strategies. The role will work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., paid media, strategy) and external agencies to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver integrated reporting that includes both organic, influencer and paid social channels. The role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics, combined with an agile mindset and experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
