The Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role is focused on driving best practices and implementing new solutions for observability, reliability, and stability within our products. The SRE team is a collaborative group that values continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

  • Learn and apply reliability best practices: Understand and apply SRE principles to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and highly available.
  • Assist with observability strategies: Help teams use the right tools and insights to detect and prevent issues before they impact users.
  • Support performance optimization: Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to optimize performance and plan for growth.
  • Participate in incident management and postmortems: Assist in incident response efforts, contribute to root cause analysis, and learn from postmortems to improve system reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation: Suggest areas for automation and help build tools that improve operational efficiency and developer experience.
  • Collaborate and learn from team members: Engage in a culture of learning and work with engineering and service delivery teams to embed reliability into the development and support lifecycle.
  • Base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 based on geographic location and experience.
  • Eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
