About The Position
The Settlement Fund Associate is a dedicated role within the Settlement Fund group of the Tax Department at Miller Kaplan. This position focuses on preparing fund accounting, quarterly estimated taxes, and tax returns for Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs). The associate will work closely with partners and managers to build relationships with various stakeholders, including law firms and administrative agencies, to provide tax support and services. This role is crucial in managing the firm's responsibilities as Tax Administrator for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
