About The Position

The Associate Service Advisor Program at Crash Champions is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills in the collision repair industry. This role focuses on optimizing repair estimates, educating customers about the repair process, and ensuring a high level of service to achieve organizational goals and maintain strong partnerships with insurance providers.

• Ability to observe and inquire about all areas of the location.
• Completing all required training including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
• Weekly completion of a tracker through the end of Stage 2.
• Writing as many estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, and safety.
• Providing estimates that support the organization's DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers to provide trusted service.
