Pride Global is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates.

  • Source, identify and recruit qualified healthcare nursing professionals for short-term assignments.
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities.
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
  • Conduct phone interviews with qualified healthcare professionals to ask qualifying questions and learn the details about their credentials and availability.
  • Update Launch ATS while ensuring the quality and accuracy of information being entered.
  • Negotiate travel pay packages with nurse candidates - including the ability to explain trade-offs in various compensation components.
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals.
  • Build and maintain unique relationships with travel nurse professionals.
  • Provide onboarding support to nurses and clients.
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Client/Candidate-centred mentality and passion for customer service.
  • Full life cycle recruiting.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare staffing experience. Travel or Nursing experience is highly preferred.
  • Educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Required skills or technological proficiency: Outlook, Word, ATS, VMS preferred, ability to calculate stipends is a plus. Major plus if they have used LaborEdge/Nexus ATS or Vivian job board.
  • Goals-driven, money-motivated, not afraid to get on the phone, ability to get creative with sourcing.
  • Salary range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year plus variable incentives.
